Món xào là một trong ba món luôn xuất hiện trên bàn ăn của các gia đình Việt. Hôm nay mình sẽ thêm một nguyên liệu vô cùng bổ dưỡng là trứng vào món bắp cải thông thường để đổi vị cho bữa ăn hàng ngày của chúng ta.
Bắp cải thái sợi, rửa sạch với muối và để ráo nước.
Bạn đập trứng vào tô. Bỏ thêm 50gr hành lá băm nhỏ, 1/2 muỗng cà phê nước mắm, 1/2 muỗng cà phê tiêu. Sau đó đánh đều lên.
Bỏ 1 muỗng canh dầu ăn vào chảo. Khi dầu nóng lên bỏ thêm 1 muỗng cà phê tỏi vào chiên cho tới lúc tỏi cháy vàng. Bỏ bắp cải đã ráo nước vào. Xào cho đến khi bắp cải bắt đầu mềm và xẹp xuống.
Bỏ 1 muỗng cà phê dầu hào, 1 muỗng cà phê dầu mè, 1/2 muỗng cà phê bột nêm, 1/2 muỗng cà phê bột ngọt và xào cho thấm đều vào bắp cải. Sau đó bỏ phần trứng đã đánh vào, xào đều tay cho tới khi phần trứng chín và bắp cải không còn ướt mà khô lại.
Đặt thành phẩm ra dĩa và trang trí cùng một chút tiêu và hành lá rắc phía trên.
