Khoai lang gọt vỏ, rửa sạch, cắt khúc, cho vào nồi nước luộc chín rồi tán nhuyễn. Kem phô mai để nhiệt độ phòng cho mềm, cho ra tô cùng đường trắng, đánh đều.
Cho tiếp sữa tươi không đường, khoai lang vào tô kem phô mai, trộn đều. Hòa tan bột gelatine với 2 muỗng canh nước lọc trong chén. Cho chén bột gelatine vào nồi hấp, hấp khoảng 2 phút.
Đổ chén bột gelatine đã hấp vào hỗn hợp khoai lang ở step 2, trộn đều. Dùng máy đánh trứng, đánh bông kem tươi cho bông lên.
Cuối cùng, trộn tiếp 1/2 kem tươi đã đánh bông với hỗn hợp khoai lang tạo thành một hỗn hợp đồng nhất.
Múc hỗn hợp khoai lang cho vào ly, cho vào tủ lạnh khoảng 4-5 giờ đến khi đông, lấy ra dùng lạnh. Trang trí thêm kem tươi còn lại vào ly cùng trái cherry nhé!
