Để có thể có bữa sáng đơn giản, nhanh gọn mà lại có thể đáp ứng được dinh dưỡng cho cả ngày làm việc thì mình kết hợp các loại rau củ quả và nấm các loại để có món nui nấm thập cẩm. Nui nấm thập cẩm theo công thức của mình không cầu kỳ nhưng thành phẩm sẽ không làm bạn thất vọng đâu.
Rửa sạch các củ quả: cà rốt, cải trắng, củ sắn, hành boaro. Bào vỏ cà rốt, cải trắng, củ sắn, su su rồi cắt khúc dày 5cm. Cho toàn bộ nguyên liệu vào nồi cùng 1 lit nước rồi hầm trong 15 phút, sau đó vớt bỏ xác để được nước dùng rau củ.
Rửa sạch các loại nấm. Cắt bỏ chân nấm rồi cắt nhỏ vừa ăn. Cho ít dầu vào chảo, phi thơm đầu hành, rồi cho toàn bộ nấm vào xào chín. Nêm nếm 1 ít hạt nêm chay Knorr vào nấm để nấm đậm đà hơn, đảo đều rồi tắt bếp.
Châm thêm nước cho đủ 1 lit nước dùng rồi nấu sôi trở lại. Khi nước sôi, cho tất cả nấm đã xào chín vào nấu nhỏ lửa trong 5 phút. Nêm nếm gia vị cho vừa ăn rồi tắt bếp.
Nấu 1 nồi nước sôi, cho nui vào luộc đến khi nui chín mềm thì vớt ra xả lại với nước lạnh rồi cho nui ra tô.
Thêm các loại nấm, xà lách, ớt sừng, và đậu hũ chiên, hành phi, hành ngò cắt nhỏ rồi chang thêm nước lèo đậm đà, thơm ngon tự nhiên nữa là hoàn thành món ăn. Một món ăn đơn giản cho ngày chay. Chúc các bạn thành công với món ăn này.
